RACHEL UYEMURA
Rachel started her softball career after initially playing baseball, like many softball athletes.
Born and raised in Colorado, she’s played softball for Thomas Jefferson High School and Northeastern Junior College. Recognized for making her mark on each team, Rachel was All City in DPS and All State in 4A Colorado.
Off the field, Rachel is an incredible mom to a little boy and spends as much time as possible with him. She loves true crime podcasts, working out, and is focused on building community support for women on and off the softball field.
I hope that this coalition will serve as a place where women can come together play a sport that serves as a common ground to build friendships, partnerships, and a sense of community.
